MACRONI MASALA


 Jhatpat Macroni Masala
Macroni is lighter version of pasta which is healthy, low cal and loved by all aged alike. We tried an indian masala twist to it which makes it ready quickly and requires everyday ingredients.

Ingredients:-
Macroni boiled 200grams 
Onions finely chopped 2nos. 
Red chilly powder 1tsp 
Coriander powder 1tsp 
Turmeric 1tsp 
Garam masala 1tsp 
Chaat masala 1tsp 
Tomatoes pureed 4no.s 
Kasoori methi 1tblspn(optional) 
Oil 1tblspn 

Method:-  
  • Take oil in pan and heat it. Add chopped onions and saute on a low flame till it turns pink. 
  • When it starts turning brown add all the spices. 
  • Mix well till oil seperates. At this stage slowly add tomato puree. 
  • Stir it well and add kasoori methi. When cooked and fat seperates add boiled macroni. 
  • Mix again and cook for 5-7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
