Snack is referred to small portion of food which is
usually had between meals. it is found in variety of forms like
packages,frozen,processed or freshly made at home with available ingredients.
Snacking on healthy food can keep our energy levels high and also provide
nutrition for overall development. Generally people think of snacks as some
calorie laden item which is wrong.one must feel that the snack is an
